Prices per room (not per person)

Discount for more than one week stays

• The price is for the room for one day (not for the person)
• The prices include room, breakfast, swimming pool, use of the garden and carpark
• The reservation is sure only with payment of about a third (1/3) of the total amount of your holiday

The house order

Booking and payment for your trip

The reservation have only accuracy when you have payed 1/3 for your trip about banking or cash. When you not arrived we can only repayed the rest of the trip but not the 1/3 for the booking order.

Times for arrive and departure

The time at the beginning for your trip is 16:00 o'clock when you arrived and at the end 10:00 o'clock at at the departure day.

All guests must giving your passports for the declarations.

The departure guests please on time to leave the rooms at 10:00 o'clook, clean and checking again for your thinks.

Looking TV and listening radio

Our guests please looking TV and listening in normal volume and spending the tv and radio at 14:00 - 16:00 o'clock and 21:00 - 09:00 at the morning.

Visiters

The recive one more visit, please inform our reception for the declaration.

Breakfast

The breakfast is included into the price and for every guest ab 8:00 - 10:00 o'clock.

Please have a look for all your thinks. We does not taking any responsibility and guarantee for losting.

No Smoking

In all the rooms for all the guests please do not smoking.
